We are looking for someone to join our central sales team and handle administrative tasks within our internal sales department.
In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Working closely with the field sales team, you will ensure that inquiries are transformed into suitable solutions and quotations into successful orders. You will gain a detailed understanding of our products, customers, and processes, and your reliable, service-oriented approach will play a key role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Aufgabenbereiche
As part of our central team, you will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Logistics to ensure a smooth flow of information and reliable order processing. You can expect a varied role with direct customer interaction and short decision-making paths.
- Customer support and consultation via telephone and email
- Preparation and follow-up of quotations
- Order processing
- Coordination with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Logistics
- Support for the field sales team
- Complaint handling and resolution
- Maintenance of customer and product master data in the ERP system
Ihr Profil
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, a degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally, initial professional experience in wholesale distribution, preferably in an industrial environment
- A structured and meticulous working style, along with enjoyment of communication, organization, and teamwork
- Strong customer and service orientation, with a passion for finding tailored solutions for customers
- Interest in technical products and willingness to learn about their applications and characteristics
- Proficient in the use of MS Office and, ideally, some exposure to ERP/inventory management systems (e.g., Sage)
- High willingness to learn and enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new topics
- Good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are an advantage but not a requirement
